Curves is the first fitness and weight loss facility dedicated to providing affordable, one-stop exercise and nutritional information for women.

At our gym on the Brownlow Street Parade, you can experience a complete aerobic and strength training workout in just 30 minutes, using equipment specially designed for women. The Curves workout is accompanied by upbeat music, and led by a qualified exercise coach.

The atmosphere's like no gym you've ever used before - there's no competition amongst our members because everyone's doing something different, as they work out in a highly sociable, fun environment. It's a winning formula, as worldwide, Curves has over 10,000 branches and 4 million members, many of whom are in the gym for the first time!

Curves Opening Times:

Monday to Friday, 9.30-1.30 & 4.00-7.30

Saturday 10.00-12.00

Last workout half an hour before closing.
